January 18, 200718 yr the lucid dreams one does work it does not induce te actual dream but it does give you the correct rapid eye movement to allow you t control your dreams although it takes 30 mins to listen too i tried and after my 9 years of sleeping knowledge, you can tell it is the same type of sleep you will have when you have lucid dreams by the way, dont think hard while listening, just stare at something, listen to the sounds and let it happen You're 9 years old?
