I am not circumcised and I do not feel at a disadvantage compared to those who are. With regards to hygiene, there is not much of an issue. As long as you don't jump in garbage dumpsters while naked, non-circumcised penises shouldn't have much of a problem.

Studies have proven that circumsized penises are cleaner than their foreskinned brothers. Uncircumsized penises release something called smegma (Dick Cheese for those who are more familiar with it, Google it. It's nasty.). Some circumsized ones release it, but it's on a far less scale than those who are uncircumsized.
