I'm taking a vacation to Las Vegas in a few weeks and I need some opinions on the best shows to see cuz, you know, that's my thing. I can only afford like 2 shows so vote and give feedback. Also suggest any good ones not mentioned above.

Whatever you do, don't see those ***got animal magicians.

I'd recommend the Beatles Love show, some crazy stuff in there. Also the water cirq du solei at the belagio, i forget whats its called though

Blue man group. I am not so sure of your taste but i did enjoy the show.

 

Avoid Celine Dion like plauge unless you brings your gf/wives whatever.

 

They have like a whole bunch of hot naked female dancer show too. I think it is in Flamingo or MGM Grand. Probably worth seeing. Not 100% naked. They cover their boobs and pussies with big fans. I forgot what it called.

Blue man group and Penn and Teller would be my choices.

I hit vegas 5-6+ times a year .Seen pretty much everything (except Celine , Elton and Barry and never will )

 

Cirque shows in order of best to see , "O" at Bellagio , Love at Mirage , Ka at MGM , Mystere at TI , I wouldnt recommend Zumanity at NYNY , the Transvestite MC is a bit disturbing.

 

La Reve (similar to Cirque) is pretty good at WYNN and a bit more reasonably priced.

 

Penn and Teller are very good and worth the $

 

Blue man is good ... but wasn't overly impressed

 

Havent seen it but I will on my next visit , Spamalot at Wynn . I believe it just opened this month

 

Improv at Harrahs and Second City at Flamingo are very good Comedy clubs

 

Now Most importantly ... the Strip Clubs ... Spearmint Rhino , Olympic Gardens and Crazy Horse II , they will try and separate you from your money if you are not wise, but the most of the chicks are YOUNG and drop dead gorgeous .

 

Nightclubs I prefer .... Tangerine at TI , Tao at Venetian , Jet at Mirage (runner up , Pure at Caesers)

 

Food , Craftsteak MGM (very very expensive but their steak 100.00+ is beyond description ) Social house TI , Kahunaville TI , Sambas Brazliian Steakhouse MIRAGE , Margaritaville Flamingo

Blue Man was a good one. Saw that back when it was at the Luxor... That was ages ago...

 

Amazing Jonathan's pretty good. He also moved from the Riviera (pardon spelling) But he changes his act depending on how fucked up on speed he is that night. You may get a good hour and a half show, or a decent hour show.

 

The Riv's comedy club's pretty good... Cheap to get in too (Just under $20).

 

If you're into any of Andrew Llyod Webber's stuff, Phantom just got put in at the venetian. So if you can afford the show, I'd suggest seeing it. It's fairly impressive, though cut down a bit.

 

I live here, so if you want a couple more suggestions, let me know.

ive acually been to las vegas a couple times, here is some suggestions for you

 

1) there is a go kart place called like "GO SPEEDWAY" or something like that next to the highway, its pretty cool there if your 18+ they have these fucking fast cars u can drive around, but you cant bump little kids around like the smaller go karts rifk

 

2) most of the shows suck, they are for children so mommy and daddy can go have fun or for old people because they have nothing better to do then die.

 

3) dude, the food...even the all you can eat shit is fucking great

 

mostly i didnt go to any shows, admittedly the magic one i went to was kinda cool

( but then i was like 14-15 at the time )

 

las vegas is pretty bad ass, trust me you will find something to do before you even remember what i suggested ^____^

The last show I watched in vegas was Cirque du Soleil's KA which I liked a lot.

Dude, Amazing Johnathan! He spends 40 minutes in his show setting up 1 single magic trick while he fucks with people and then EATS RAZOR BLADES as an encore!
