I was meant to goto bed at a resonable time, seeing as the night before I had stayed up the whole night, and fell asleep at 12 in the afternoon for 4 hours.

 

I ended up going to bed at 4 in the morning.

 

I've been doing this for about 4 - 5 weeks now, and I NEED IT TO STOP.

1. Drive to drugs store. Like Walgreens or Safeway. Anywhere that has over the counter drugs.

 

2. Buy melotonin

 

3. Take bottle home

 

4. Take anywhere from 3-12 mg

 

5. Sleep naturally in 15-30 minutes.

 

6. Repeat until sleep cycle is back to normal.

well jesus what do you want everyone to do sing you a lullaby? No one can give you advice on how to fall asleep. Just take 3 gravol. You'll be asleep in less than half an hour. If you dont have any gravol, your fucked.
