January 29, 200718 yr Im not sure about using the laptop to connect, i use a purely wired connection. It would probably make more sense to go pure wireless or pure wired, preferably wired if possible (cheaper and in many cases more reliable). My reasoning behind this is that the more links in a chain of connections you have, the less reliable and slower it will be. You also dont want your connection to xbox live compromised if your laptop's wireless card goes kaput, just use a purely wireless or wired.
