Posted February 1, 200718 yr Today during lunch my friend ran over an asian freshman, and killed him. My friend was probably high, and was fishtailing, and lost control on an offramp and pinned the kid onto a pole, barely missing his other friends who were walking with him. The kid still had his cup in his hand as he was walking back from lunch, and died. My friend is over 18. How long do you think he will be in jail for? Discuss.

It depends on the drug and alcohal screen im sure they gave him. And whether or not he was fucking around. If the screen comes back negative for both and a REALLY good lawyer can prove it was accidental then probably a Manslaughter charge. Which at most is a year in prison and a really long probation. EDIT: I just read the news link, so the lawyer will blame the rain and your friend will get less than Manslaughter probably.
