February 9, 200718 yr I dunno, I've done this to people in their autoexec.cfg's and put alias "+forward" "+forward" //Freezes computer everytime tries to walk forward. or if your admin: ma_cexec #all "+forward" "+forward"; ma_rcon say DON'T STEP FORWARD!! I don't know there is a way to bypass server ban, I'm pretty sure there was no way. But I recommend smashing your computer.

February 9, 200718 yr admins can only ban you with Rcon or mani admin if you have a certain .dll file, its what steam uses to ban you too, its a hardwear abstraction layer, its called hal.dll. somewhere in the 1st 1000Kb is the code they use to ban you. if you can get rid of that then you should be fine. its located in C:\WINDOWS\system32 if you open it up in note or word pad and delte the 1st paragraph and save it, restart your PC so its not in your current memory and load up source then put in console cl_restrict_server_commands 0 that should stop them banning / kicking you.
