ice ages happen in 40,000 year frequencies and 100,000 year frequencies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trend_estimation explains trends in data. There have been 4 ice ages also, proving, in my point that there are trends.

"There are three main types of evidence for ice ages: geological, chemical, and paleontological. Geological evidence for ice ages comes in various forms, including rock scouring and scratching, glacial moraines, drumlins, valley cutting, and the deposition of till or tillites and glacial erratics. Successive glaciations tend to distort and erase the geological evidence, making it difficult to interpret. It took some time for the current theory to be worked out." - from the link

why cant "global warming" be a part of a cycle? who says its going to keep getting warmer and not fall into some sort of weather trend?

omg in the 1940's to the 1970's people were under the "threat" of global cooling. How did your parents survive CHILD?

in that period it was the same thing being afraid of the climate change, just on the reverse.

*sigh* I'm not even gonna try convince you //iggers.

weird shit...it's only the same on -40...

w/e fahrenheit is bullshit...water boils at 100 C and freezes at 0 C

fahrenheit is like 212 and 32...wtf..:dunno:

edit:

Convert 50ºF to ºC

1. Use the equation ºF - 32º / ºC = 1.8 / 1

2. Isolate for ºC, begin by cross multiplying

3. ºF - 32º = (1.8) ºC

4. Isolate for ºC by dividing both sides by 1.8

5. (ºF - 32º) / 1.8 = ºC

6. Enter the given value for ºF

7. (50º - 32º) / 1.8 = ºC

8. 18º / 1.8 = ºC

9. 10º = ºC

Convert 35 ºC to ºF

1. Use the equation ºF - 32º / ºC = 1.8 / 1

2. Isolate for ºC, begin by cross multiplying

3. ºF - 32º = (1.8) ºC

4. Isolate for ºF by adding 32º to both sides

5. ºF = (1.8) ºC + 32º

6. Enter the given value for ºC

7. ºF = (1.8)(35º) + 32º

8. ºF = 63º + 32º

9. ºF = 95º

:ugh:

lol yup the equation is F=(1.8C) + 32

i am equally familiar with both scales since i am a science major tbh...

US fails once again. Why not take the logical scale? :dunno:

same goes for foot =/ it's about 30 feet away......METERS YOU DUMB CUNTS -.- use METERS.

1000Meters is 1KM, and what's a mile like? 1000 foot? I seriously have no idea but the whole foot system is a complete system of ultimate gayness.

*sigh* I'm not even gonna try convince you //iggers.

I wasn't an asshole with my response. The least you could do is find sources and construct a response other than calling me a n!gger.. nice try though

5280 feet in a mile
