Jeremy Clarkson can't design a car but he can tell you why it sucks. You can't program battlefield 2, but you can tell EA why it sucks. You can't design clothes but you can tell your mom why the pants she bought you are ugly. You don't have to be able to do something to be able to say why it sucks.
