February 15, 200718 yr Really you shouldn't be at all concerned about this unless the server tells you to change it to 0. Changing it to 0 should only matter otherwise if you intend to take over a server where it is turned on to block certain commands like alias.
February 15, 200718 yr Zblock got fucked by steam and so any server with Zblock on will require you to turn it to 0. idk why.
February 15, 200718 yr it lets the server run sounds through your game like the Unreal Noises, it lets admins run command's, and basically allows any server script to be executed.
