This drug has pretty much taken over most of Sydney in aus. Ppl go totally insane and beat the shit out of other random people and don't care, it's messed up.

First you need an ice tray, a freezer, and some water. Once you have all of the required materials, poor the water in the ice tray, then store it in the freezer over night. The water will have turned into ice.
