Just to tell you a sotry, a kid in my school was holding the bathroom door shut so when people tired to open it they where trapped,so then this one kid tries to open the door and sticks one of his fingers in the crack the kid opens the door and says "BOO" and slames it thinking the kid won't get hit. The kids finger was bleeding so fucking much they gave him like 10 stiches. Oh, what happen to the kid who slammed the door? two detentions....

March 20, 200421 yr my architecture teacher is out to get me... we had to make a list of things we wanted in my house and he checked off good things... and it was 50 pts and it basically fucked over my grade... this teacher, if he doesnt like you will give you a d- for b+ material... and if you do bad at all you fail. its fucking gay because he does it to anyone who wears black mainly... the ones he distinguish as potheads, but really everyone in my school smokes, almost. the same teacher tried to get me banned from computers because supposedly i made the computer crash and they had to hire a computer technician to fix the harddrive because it fried.... next hour it was fine, my friend was using it. good luck finding a new school... my school is supposed to be giving out random drug tests wich is fucking gay as hell...

March 20, 200421 yr I got kicked out last year for a series of events. First meand a couple of friends wrote a hate letter to this fatass, lesbians, sexist, nigger loving english teachers. That got me 5 demerits and suspension. Then, at the end of the year, we made prank phone calls to parents at my school telling them that we got their daughter's high at a concert and that we fucked them. So i got kicked out. I go to a private school, and luckily i got let back in, my friend didn't though... This of course is fucked up as it wasn't even done on school grounds and because it wasn't in their juristiciton. And now, all the teachers ae fucking plotting against me. They are always suspicious, biased. Fuck teachers. If you are really this certainly that the fatass was lieing out of his ass, then get a fucking lawyer in. No one should get kicked out for this. It's your website, freedom of speech, no names mentioned. Get a lawyer in, and he can just say that you were talking about a different person, in a different school.

Opportunity #2 Knock on the door in a polite manner as to not disrupt the class, and subsequently get the teacher in your face. Opportunity #3 When the teacher told you to leave, you could have gone to your guidance counselorl/vice principal/principal and told what happened and that you didn't think it was fair the way you were being treated. At that point you could have put pressure on them to call your parents because you wanted them to know as soon as possible how you were being mistreated by a teacher. Opportunity #4 As much as you would like to think that your behavior on the net is justifiable in real life, it isn't OK. You should have calmly respected the teachers because they are in a position of authority. Whatever you did or didn't do isnt in question. It is how the teacher perceived your actions as undermining his/her authority in front of another teacher and students. Opportunity #5 Kept your pie hole shut and not posted your feelings for all to see on the net. After columbine, you should have known better than this. Try a private journal next time. Solutions: If you deceide that you want to continue to go to the school then have your parents contact the school and get them to rethink their decision. If that doesn't work then it's time for a lawyer, and threating the school with civil rights violations. Also, threaten the school with local media coverage of what happened. Have your parents/Attorney tell the school that your family will be exposing what happened to the local media reporters #1 I was on time. We had all gotten back from lunch, waiting in line to get into class, I just happened to be the first one their, and the one knocking. #2 I did knock in a polite manner, I just kept going because nobody came to the door when I knew that the fucking teachers were inside. I see nothing wrong with me venting creatively if I feel the need to do so, I never mentioned anyone's actual name, or the school's name, or my name for that matter. It could have easily been overlooked, although word got out that it was my site, so everyone firgured that I was talking about was the incident. I was able to prove the teacher was lying, so I didn't get expelled then this happened, and the principle told me it would be in my "best interest" to leave before anything else major happens. Basically she's protecting herself from getting fucked, because if I try to push a suit on them, the teacher will walk out free, and she will get fucked, this is what truely sucks. No matter what I do, I won't get what I want from it. And it's obvious the principle is trying her best to avoid a civil suit that she would be unable to do anything about. I live in America, I'm entitled to talk shit....

If they base there actions on this ONE incident then they are definately in the Wrong ! However if their decision is based on numerous past incidents with you , then you should quit your crying and accept the end result . For every action there is a reaction and eventually shit will catch up with you . Either way they pwn'd you and raged you good . Just remember you don't need a HS diploma to work at McDonalds !!!

That's irrelavent I presented everything as is, this is why they got so mad when they read it... The teacher was clearly offended by it. And yes all this is based on this, not on any past history of what I've done. Or else I would have stated otherwise.. I'm probably going to manage to get my diploma, don't know from where though, still searching for a local school.
