I really feel like even though its in Liberty City it won't be the liberty city we know from GTA 3...it'll span more area, be more interactive and more diverse...and most of all , have really beautiful , clear crisp architecture as we saw in the trailer. don't knock it till you play it guys...1:20 seconds of footage doesn't really tell you much, so calm the fuck down. who care's if he's russian ?? w/e... he might wind up being a kick-ass character..you don't know.
