Posted April 2, 200718 yr Whenever I attempt to connect to a server, I got either <not responding> in the server info box, or i get stuck at retreving server info. it is not my specs, it's the connection. i've reinstalled and forwarded ports, nothing. this problem has been fucking m eover forever (2yrs at least). thanks.

SteamUI.dll, SteamClient.dll and Steam.dll. also go into C:\WINDOWS\system32 and delete Hal.dll (the hardwear abstraction layer, view propertys to make sure) then restart steam. this should sort out the connection issues.
