April 8, 200718 yr IP's arent random fools. IP's can be random within a range, if DHCP is being used. It sounds like a lot of people in this thread just don't understand the intraweb, so I really don't care to go into much detail.

BUT the fact that some people don't know what a proxy is or how to use one just amazes me..
