April 13, 200718 yr What are the new settings that we need to us to convert voice annoy songs? nvm Edit: What's a good program to use to convert though? Everything stays the same, except for the sample rate, change that to 11,000 I use Soundforge myself, but Cool Edit Pro is awesome as well.
