April 17, 200718 yr I have this shit too, used to have loud subs in my car, thats what I put it down to. I just kinda noticed it one day and it never went away. Was really anxious about it at first but now its just whatever. You can get a device that will play an equal and opposite waveform of your ringing, and so cancel it out. That only helps the initial anxiety of it, you should just try and get used to it. Mine gets a lot worse if I'm stressed but on the other hand I totally forget about it some days, occasionally for days at a time. All that of course only applies if what you have is long term and doesn't disappear in a few days. same for me except the subs in car thing...oh btw i fixed all your spelling mistakes
April 17, 200718 yr ahh cool, well its been a week now, and the ringing is almost unnoticeable in my right and noticeable in my left especially when silent. does a week of constant tinnitus constitute permanent T? finding it hard to sleep i'm buying an mp3 player and putting wave sounds on it etc. i'm seeing my doc on may 1st thats to do with my fractured wrist but going to mention this at the same time. i'm much less worried about it seeing replies like yours in this thread and its helpful to realise that if you just don't worry about it it gets better. its nothing man, trust me, iv had it for ages, and for you it will probably go eventualy, its not a problem, its like when u see meatspin, you wish you could un see it but you cant, so it eventually doesnt even bother you anymore.

May 30, 200717 yr I had this when I was using XTC daily, after a while you don't have any serotine left in your brain. If I didn't take at least half a pill per day, I would get this very loud buzzing sound in both of my ears. Sometimes it became so loud I couldn't concentrate on anything anymore and it hurted like shit "inside my head", also had reduced vision when it became extremely loud. It went away after about a week of no drug-use.
May 30, 200717 yr after you roll on E and feel like crap (low serotonin) eat oranges containing vitamin C that raises your serotonin and Vitamin E will help too Don't smoke pot after you use E because it will deplete vitamin C and other nutrients for the brain... i use to take like e pills and drink budd ice all night and wake up shitty in the morning feeling sad and weed didn't help lol but oranges and veggies did....
May 30, 200717 yr I had a ringing in my ears once after going to a show. But it went away after a couple of hours and then I was all cool after that. Like I think I had ice cream and watched some TV and got some awesome porn torrents. That's not like a remedy or anything, that's just what I did the next morning. rofl
