April 29, 200717 yr Havent a clue. There last album should keep you going for a while yet. I seen em in Dublin on thier Subliminal Verses tour. Amazing atmosphere live, the energy is immense. Stone sour does seem to be where the concentration is atm.

April 29, 200717 yr both bands suck. slipknot moreso because you can't even tell they have, what, 8? 9 members? and i don't get why people think jordinson(sp) is such a good drummer, death metal has more complex and faster drummers everywhere. anyway, the vocalist sucks, and aside from a few good hooks on guitar the whole band is worthless. i don't know how i ever enjoyed them, probably because i was 14 and hadn't been exposed to decent music yet. necrophagist, meshuggah, spawn of posession, cephalic carnage, deeds of flesh, decrepit birth, odious mortem, cryptopsy, dripping, dying fetus, neuraxis, nile, pyaemia, origin, and wormed + hundreds of others ftw.

Joey Jordison IS talented... for his genre, he's a pretty good drummer. but comparing him to like, Flo Mounier, is just fucking retarded. 2 completely different styles of music. and yes I do agree - having 9 members is fucking stupid. Corey Taylor is a whiny little bitch too. the guitarists are talented too, and when they and the drummer come together it's like the musical equivalent of getting raped up the ass with a tree stump.

April 29, 200717 yr Slipknot for me are all out fun. They dont believe the shit they say. Its just shouting for fun. Im down with that. Sure the rest of my music taste doesnt match it but ill still have it on my PC because it reminds me of when i was younger. They are decent. IOWA was fucking terrible however. Also Squirrelly Wrath youve gotten a bit deep into the heavy stuff.. I dont like that sorta bollocks. Mellow out listen to some Tool, Pearl Jam, Smashing pumpkins, hendrix etc..
