I've seen it done in star wars: jedi academy, which is run from the Q3 engine.

jedi academy is from 2003, it is still played quite alot, and there is no cheat protection, not to mention people rage you just for killing them

plus i'm pretty sure talking about crashing servers and linking to tools for that is against the posting rules last time i checked. but i'd rather let a myg0t member deal with it, i could care less.
