i cant find script for the rapid flashlight so would this work:

 

bind mwheelup impulse 100
bind mwheeldown impulse 100

 

"impulse 100" is what i found to toggle flashlight, idk if it the right one though

Instead of asking why not just bind your mousewheel and test it? God forbid you spend the 1 minute it takes to test it. Now to answer your question, yes, it would work. Use this:

bind "MWHEELUP" "impulse 100"
bind "MHWEELDOWN" "impulse 100"

lots of people bind flashlight to wheel up n down.

whats the point of it?

The flashlight makes a clicking sound every time you turn it on or off. It can be used to annoy some people.

I use flashlight spam to give away my position to enemy so they kill my teammates.
