Story Highlights • Dutch students invent powdered alcohol that can be sold to minors • Adding water to powder creates fizzy-lime flavored liquid • Innovation is called Booze2Go BTW, I know its only 3% which is like not even a beer. This means they could increase it later on to high concetrations maybe.
