Posted March 29, 200421 yr Anyone actually encounter this problem where you get the lowest FPS of your life and can't play a single game?? I have, but I'm still looking solutions to solve it. I have an ATI Radeon Pro 9800 and some pretty powerful specs for my computer. If anyone has actually solved this problem or knows how, please let me know, any help would be appreciated.
