If you havn't noticed Windows caches all kinds of crap which cant be deleted manually. Cleaning up the crap speeds up system performance, regardless if it's the midget gay porn from last year or the videos of you jerking off. Using the drive nuker clean sweeps all traces of data if you are planning to reinstall the OS or just want to get rid of traces of drive use if you plan on selling your drive. if you've been doing illegal shit i.e downloading warez, MP3's, or just have logs that could incriminate you for certain crimes it's good to use this.
