June 23, 200717 yr lol, if you have photoshop you don't need a converter. I just do it myself. : X Just open up the PSD, make a new layer, and apply the image. Then select all of it, copy, open a new image (it will automatically be the size of it) and paste. Then save it as whatever extension you want. 1) Open PSD 2) CTRL + SHIFT + N (enter) 3) Image > Apply Image 4) CTRL+ A 5) CTRL + C 6) CTRL + N (enter) 7) CTRL + V 8) File > Save As...
