Posted March 31, 200421 yr I program in vb 6.0 and saw the wc3 maphack source. It was hella cool to learn from :P . I tried to get a few of the CS sources but none turned out to be in vb....so I was wondering if anyone knew where to get other game hack source codes in vb 6.0 format?

March 31, 200421 yr I'm pretty certain that the only VB code you'll find in CS hacks are either skinhack type stuff, or secondaries... OpenGL is commonly used in coding CS hacks (it's not a language, just a methodology for using cpp), asm and c/cpp are used in the rest of them, to the best of my knowledge. besides, I would think languages like vb and java would make hack coding alot more involved and complicated than it needs to be, in most ways...c/cpp is designed to do the function work involved in a hack, vb and java are designed to make manipulation of objects easier...they just aren't really suited to what a CS/HL hack is trying to do.
