Posted July 2, 200717 yr I work for a car rental company, aparently the deductable for getting into an accident with the rental is 5 grand (after hours) and i rolled over the rental car last nite.... But i have never signed a contract agreeing to such a deductable since im only 18 years of age... plus i drank a few( my alcohol level was at 0.05 which isn't bad... a 12 hour suspension cause i've only got g2...) if the insurance company does not cover , am i responsible?

Of course you would know that working for a rental car company, as before you rent out the car you'd have to give the renter the proper information required. Also the careless driving you're fighting in court will more than likely give you 4 points, and your fine might get worse as you "flipped" a vehicle while "intoxicated". Therefore you = fucked. If this is true, which its clearly not. Have fun not driving.

Ive had 2 wrecks (neither my fault), 1 speeding ticket, 1 no proof of insurance, no tags, out of state tags, and at least 6 or 7 no seatbelt tickets. Thats gotta have some effect but ive still never know what my points are or what they even mean. p.s. Thats not all the times ive been pulled over. Im guessing at least 20 if not more if they even record that.
