While I do believe that they sound annoying, whenever I play my sounds on CSS, all of which were gathered from myg0t's CS Tools, they are played either WAY too fast or WAY too slow. Could someone please tell me how to fix this?

Converting it to 11025 Hz only made it go faster, but 4000 Hz worked for me.
