Posted July 5, 200717 yr Not sure if this works anymore, or if it's of use to anyone, but here it is: 1. Exit steam 2. Overwrite the original files in your root steam directory with the ones in http://rapidshare.com/files/35895321/STEAM_ATI_PROMO.rar 3. Run steam and make a new account and make sure your logged in. 4. Enter this into your address bar in Firefox/IE "steam://hardwarepromo/305"
