SPRAY what i get all other players have de_cbble bombsite B spray, i have a small version of the lambada sign/half life sign.... what i want, is a nice pic of tubgirl for the whole server! wtf!

You didn't do anything wrong, the server doesn't allow custom sprays. EDIT: I believe the command is 'sv_allowupload' .
