Posted July 11, 200717 yr not so long ago i set about totally raping SA-MP (San Andreas Multiplayer) with a server crasher, i crashed this one server and kept it down for a day despite the auto restarter. quite funny really. but then they filed a police report over it, even funnier. its been about a month since and every day they say to me that i can expect a knock on the door from the cops. I'm sure the cops have better things to do then follow up someone crashing a server of a game they've never heard about. so yeah, good times. i still plan to do it again.

The police will most likely ignore the report, as there hardly enough resources to track your ISP down, track your location down, and have the local police forces in your area arrest you. BTW, what's that server crasher that you are using? I play SA-MP as well, and I would like to have a look at it.

July 12, 200717 yr Author the site was bust3d.net chaps, and it was hardly a crasher just a program that connects /disconnects from the server very quickly. i could argue that 100 people could join and leave instantly and do the same thing

"This kid using your services was being a little script kiddy ***got and crashed a few game servers, check logz and +b plz" All it takes.

July 13, 200717 yr Haha. A similar thing happened to me when I was a lot younger. I had been in a clan called [uBp] (United Base Players) that had like 500 members in it at the time. They had a lot of stupid rules and bullshit things that went on, but for some reason I stayed in it. I finally got tired of it, but I had "made friends" with the leaders son and he had given me his password to another site of his. So I took that password, erased everything off his personal site, then went onto uBp's site and he had a whole bunch of access over there so I got rid of as much shit as possible on that site too. I wanted to gloat to them about it so I told the kid what I did. He went and got his dad, some guy in the clan that was a cop, and the clan nerd who traced my IP, found my address and phone # and got the cop to call me. I guess since they had a small business going in the clan it was actually illegal so they filed this big packet of bullshit about how they were going to take me to court and sent it to my dad (who is a lawyer). He quickly skimmed over it and saw that nothing could happen with it because the kid GAVE me his password, therefore it's not hacking. They were making a big deal out of it still and posting it to a lot of other clans and "warning them of me". Warning for what, a fucking 8 year old could have done that. Nothing came of it though, they eventually just gave up. I thought it was pretty funny, after that people started leaving rapidly. It now only has like 100 members.
