I don't know if you still care about this or not...

When it comes to your mobo, you have 3 standard sizes a believe. micro-ATX (small), ATX (standard), and extended ATX (large).

If you're mobo is pretty large, you're probably looking for a Full Tower case (Height: 24" Width: 8" Depth: 18").

In general, cases and mobos are all in a certain standard size. I really doubt any mobo is going to be some weird ass size. A case of course just depends on you (in all honesty, you can even build your computer in a cardboard box if you set it up correctly).

If you want custom, cheap, cool looking Full Tower cases, go here: http://www.xoxide.com. Be sure to read this (http://www.xoxide.com/buy-computer-cases.html) before buying a case.
