Does anybody know how to set up ventrilo so that when i make prank phone calls on skype, their voice does not echo and everyone in vent can hear the prank phone call at the same time?

I believe my friends had at least 2 people in the skype call channel so one could make the call, and the other(s) could listen in and have one person broadcast it.
