Alright, I know this shit is possible. I know people do it. And of all the places I go, if there is a forum that knows. It is this one.

I want to know how the HELL people get into things like your "my documents" folder and shit like that via MSN or Yahoo. I goggled it and really didn't get jack shit. Also, how the fuck do you find out the IP of the person you are talking to on MSN or yahoo? If these are things you don't want to post right out in the open, feel free to PM me anything about it. Thanks

MSN: Maybe by going through the shared folders? I believe "my documents" may be ticked by default. So either it's starting up a shared folder session with a n00b, or it's an exploit through such a thing. I really don't think it's a backdoor though... Do you really think that the programmers would intentionally leave such a thing in the code? In the end it's either an exploit through shared folders or social engineering.

Not sure about Yahoo, I don't use that one.

Just from reading that post. Do you ever think of just killing yourself and saving some fresh air so that at least the air will go to a /\/igger for me to curb stomp instead?

There is no backdoor in AIM or MSN, they probably just got trojaned or something, and the only way to get an IP is if you set up a direct connection, ie sending files, sharing backgrounds etc.

well, where exatly do you go if you do this?
