Posted August 6, 200717 yr okay?! well this is has been happening for a while now, and like 2 months ago, i've been getting really bad lag issues in cs. I'm picking a good servers with good ping. i pick servers that say that its like 30 ping, and when i join, i get like 100 or like 500. maybe is it because i have a password on the router? or is is like video card issues or w/e, sorry im such a fucking stupid cunt about computers, i dont sit here all day. just most of the day. rifk so, if you would find it in the best of your heart to reply back i am willing to give you +rep. +turtle
August 6, 200717 yr It's probably one of your game variables that got screwed over by a raged admin. I can't remember the exact names of the variables that get changed, but I think you should first try going to your console and changing "cl_uploadrate" to 20000. It's worked for me before when I had the same problem.
