I hate new hardcore with breakdowns and shit,which is what this is making fun of, the old shit is great...Siege and whatnot. I confuse a lot of the older stuff with the beginning of the powerviolence movement though.

August 28, 200717 yr I've been reading about the hardcore movement and listening to some bands and they don't sound anything like hardcore punk..."hardcore" as we know it is a very fragmented movement...some sound more metallic , some more punkish... I think Hardcore is more a mentality and movement than a musical genre... Cause sometimes you'll see these Hardcore dancing kids at metal concerts and you're like wtf ,...why are they windmilling... then you go to a punk concert and see the same shit...so wth..so my opinion is Hardcore used to be punk but has evolved into metal...and that's my two cents.
August 29, 200717 yr Didn't look at the *******, don't really care. Only saw something about animal vocalists. It's already been done via Caninus. Quite the best metal dog fronted band ever. My dog barks and runs around when I play them. =D

My dog barks and runs around when I play them. =D I said that's where the idea came from, and yes I listen to Caninus and Hatebeak, they're hilarious. We were just sitting around talking and I mentioned them and he said something about making a joke band and this is what it ended up being. My dog barked in one of the recordings but I hadn't planned on that, just on slamming doors and making fart noises, I do all the guitars and drum programming(half-assed) and he does the latter.
