Posted September 15, 200717 yr Well I had a shit load of spy and ad ware on my computer. So I decided to format and reinstall windows. So yea.. when you go to install windows you have to delete and then create a new partition, so that way you don't install windows over an existing version of windows. Anyways while I'm doing this I see another hard drive on my list (this is while I'm partitioning the hard drives) But I mistaked it for a partition on my windows hard drive. Anyways in case I lost you I have a 100g HDD that I partitioned and that had windows on it. Now I also partioned my 300g HDD that I don't want to partion that has all my porn and music on it. Anyways all I did was delete the partition on my 300g I didn't format it or anything like I did on my 100g. So right now it currently says "please format a partition in the unpartioned space" for my 300g. Is their a way to retrieve all my files or get the HDD working. Or am I just fucked in the ass off years of good quality hard to get porn and music. Thanks in advance for any help.
September 15, 200717 yr Why didnt you just get NOD32? I dont think there is a way to respond to your question.
September 16, 200717 yr if you deleted the partition, you'll need a binary reader to get any information back good luck, you're fucked
September 16, 200717 yr download this. http://www.smokey-owns-the.net/FileScavengerfull.zip It will search your drive for previous files that were on it and it will recover the files you select to another hdd
September 17, 200717 yr Author Take it to a computer place that has recovery services. Windows doesn't overwrite the partitions when it deletes them, just leave it alone and it will all still be recoverable. Yea that was my original plan, but I went and posted this on a different forum and they showed me a couple of programs that should work.
September 23, 200717 yr I think recover my files or even ERDcommander will work too but i've never tried them with a deleted partition. Hope this helps.
