lolz..tday i went to TARGET with my friends to jack some stuff. Yesterday i jacked bf 1942 and now i was supposed to get bf vietnam, call of duty, condition zero, frozen throne , and two cool shirts.Lol after i took the boxes of the games, i went to the clothing section and I acted like i was looking at clothes whiile i was opening the boxes and stuffing the game cd's in my pants...after that we also jacked a marylin manson cd. After i was done i dumped the boxes on the floor and left. As I was about to exit the store my friends wanted to get some sodas from the fast food thingy at the entrance of the store,,,,so we didnt exit yet. As me and my friends were drinking some soda i see this woman pointing at me while talking to a security guard (in her hand she had the call of duty box that i dumped earlier).My pussy friends get scared so they get the marylin manson cd from my backpak and run away.I couldnt run away cuz i saw some sc guards coming from the outside towards me so i tought to myself "I fuking got owned" and i run towards the center of the store. As i run i see that the ugly bitch was following me, so as i run i went into the clothings section again where i dumped one of the cds and moved on. Farther away i dumped my other cd (she was around the corner) then i was acting like i was looking at other clothes. She grabs me by the hand and says "Come with me boy, u are getting arrested".Im like " U cant arrest me,cuz i havent left the store yet" and then i started walking away......till the other sec guards came and put some handcuffs on my hands...Lol she was holding the condition zero cd in her hand and a half life cd and she tought they are different games.....anyways, she took me to this room where i told her where i dumped all the stuff. After that she went and got it then she goes away for a while leaving me in the room with the sec guard. LOL...the sec guard was checking the pc so i took out my good al' marker and i wrote "[myg0t] owns u all over the handcuffs. Anyways she comes back saying that shes really nice and wont call the cops but shel have to call my parents....i give her my friends phone nr...lol she never call him. Anyways when i was about to exit im like "u know u couldn't arrest me cuz i didnt exit the store" so she gets all pissed and

starts to scream at me saying that she could for vandalism and some other shit!!! anyways shes like "I never want to see u again in this store"

and she and some sec guard walks me over to the entrance of the store. As i exited i looked back and she was starring at me so i flicked her off and screamed "FUCKK U BITCH!!!!!!" as hard as i can. LOL now im free with no record.

It's not shoplifting until you leave the store in most states including California. New Jersey and some other states are exceptions, and make the act of of concealing merchandise a crime.

However, you are correct about the shoplifting part. If you go back though you will be arrested for trespassing.

 

What you should have done was, when she grabbed you, told her to remove her hand and the handcuffs or you would press charges for assault with a deadly weapon. If she doesn't comply you can beat her up and the security guard without fear of legal recourse because you A) were in fear for your life and B) warned her.

You're basically correct, but telling him to beat the shit out of her is not good advice. She can make a citizen's arrest, I think. This is pretty sketchy territory but I think he could leave quickly and not worry about complying with their orders because they're not cops, they're sad little loss-prevention specialists. I'm sure they have very satisfying family lives and many fulfilling hobbies, though.

Had she tried to perform a citizen's arrest Indicator could have sued with an even stronger case. you're pushing it too much, a judge can easily rule out those accusations. The judge has some sens of reason he's not gonna slap on kidnapping and assualt charges on that woman that's fucknig rediculous. I don't know how you're getting to attempted murder this is the stupidest shit I've heard, the kid has no grounds for rebuttal if this case went to court.

He has more of a case than the lady did. I'm just illustrating how far he could take it. Legally, if you are in fear for your life, you are allowed to do almost anything to preserve it short of killing the person. Indicator is probably too much of a pussy to fight back anyways. Had it been a smart person they would have done what I said and told her "Remove your hands or I will press charges when the police come and if you do not contact them then I will."
