Thread title says it all, I remember you can bypass this block through using an anonym proxy site.

You don't need DNS for resolving host records.

 

Open ur local 'hosts' file.

 

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

 

You should already have an entry that is...

 

127.0.0.1 localhost

 

...add two entries like...

 

208.98.2.163 http://www.myg0t.com

208.98.2.164 forums.myg0t.com

 

put [TAB] in between the IP address and host records. Save the file...see if it works.
