I never liked ATi, always stuck to nvidia

And I've had too many fucking past experiences with shitty ATi cards..

Never had problems with any nvidia cards..so I stick to the shit that doesnt give me any fucking trouble.

nvidia... becuase ati releases patches for drivers without testing them fully. there have been atleast 2 times where ati released patches where the card would fry, or some other part.

Intel graphics controller is better than them .

yeah i picked nvidia for same reason, the drivers fucked my shit up last time real bad.

Anyone that actually _thinks_ Nvidia are better quality and more efficient graphic cards than ATI, has no idea what they're talking about.

ATI, their old drivers sucked but they are now very stable. ATI provides more quality images, AA for example (nVidias AA is garbage, not sure about the new 6800 ultra or whatever though). nVidia is good framerates with suck quality, ati is decent framerates with good quality.

I used to have a Geforce MX400 64 meg card...it was great.

 

I now have an ATI 9200 128 meg.... I still like the Geforce 64 meg more.

 

Geforce seems to run quicker at 64 megs over the 128 meg ATI card. Maybe it's because the Geforce had a fan on it?...dunno

 

Next card will be an NVidia no doubt

any given ati card usually runs better then its nvidia counterpart, judging from many benchmark tests. but this poll mine as well be "what kind of video card do you have?" because everyone is going to choose the type of card they have, and there are still more nvidia users out there then ati, regardless of the quality of the product. truthfully there isnt much of a difference though for the most part.

I've used both, I don't trust what others say.. I test it myself.

All I know is my Radeon pwnz, which is good enough for me.

can't say ATI, since i havent owned one, yet. so nvidia for now.

AtI are fuckheads who update drivers once in a blue moon, nvidia update constantly and try to provide a rounded experiance and carefree with its unified driver technology, with my ATI card i tried to update and it told me i didnt have any ATI products in my system, bullshit to that.

 

Loads of games not just now but for years people have had problems with ATI cards, i myslef have had nothing but problems with them whereas Nvidia cards fucking rule. since using them i havent looked back, fuck benchmarks and processing power, nvidia cards make games look the nicest and "its the way its ment to be played" Ati are always a step behind and just copy nvidia, but the ATI fanboys get all raged when the truth is thrown in their face, so likely gonna get some dumbass say "wtf u know shit init"

i like the one that costs less than the other in the same product range.

I dont see anything supporting your argument that ATI is better. No research, no support.

 

I have only had nvidia cards so far, and they have been giving me shit with my mobo with some imcompatibility issues. A simple patch fixed it but it took some time to figure out what made my games crash.

 

So, ill HAVE to go with nvidia, i haven't tried ATI yet.

I have an ATI 9600 and Geforce 4600 Ti that are currently installed. Waiting a while for the 256 MB card prices to go down..it's not like a few shading differences matters to me when playing games. I'd have to say that Nvidia is A LOT better. My LCD digital output actually works on the Geforce, on the ATI it bugs out and freezes at the log into windows. I was checking the patches for ATI, one of them said it fixed this bug. I download it, WOOHOO had to format my computer because it wouldn't even load in safe mode! I used to think the 9800 was better cause of all the asses on the net telling me, I fell for it..and wasted my money! Be warned kiddies

i got a geforce fx 5200 and it fucking sucks balls

3fps in doom3 at lowest res

i now have a 9500 softmodded and oc and i get perfect fps in pandora tomorrow 1280x1024 with 6xAA

nvidia has always led the pack but their FX line fucking sucks

hopefully when Geforce 6800 prices come down a bit nvidia will be back on top
