ok, when my friend got orange box he sent me half life 2 as a gift game, i really want to give him gmod 10 cause he only has 9 is there anyway to transfer steam games,

No you cant send him Gmod10 without just buying it for him on his account . The answer to #2 is No . If you enter a serial code already registered to another account you cant use it.
