Posted October 25, 200717 yr Hello everyone Yesus8 is back. Today I am going to review WWE One Night Stand. Well I guess I had better start off with the first match on the card Rob Van Dam vs Randy Orton. It was a decent match full of action with RVD pushing Orton over the white line for the win. The match was a good way off putting Orton who gave Rob Van Dam a severe beating after the match over while giving RVD a good send-off from the WWE. Next was the tables match won by CM Punk the Sandman and Tommy Dreamer. It was a match that showed ECW was still extreme ending with Punk superplexing Matt Striker through a table. The world tag titles were on the line. Next in a ladder that live up to my expections with Shelton Benjamin beating behind the log-off holy shit moments. The Hardy boys won in a great match. That had me wondering if One Night Stand was going to be the best pay per view of the year so far. There was no way I could think that after Mark Henry vs Kane though. In a dull match, the heel lumberjacks distracted Kane while Mark Henry put him into a bearhug to win by knockout. Next up, Lashley won back the ECW world title after withstanding a leap off faith through an annouce table and a coast to coast from Shane McMahon. I must say I feel sorry for the person who called out "boring" during the match's slow start. Although the match was far from boring, I am not sure if anyone would like to watch Vince defend the world title against a Brock Lesnar-like wrestler when they could watch CM Punk vs Elijah Burke for the belt instead. A pretty match? Yesus eyes. This match was a awful waste and I would rather watch an extra five minutes of the ladder match instead. Next in the cage match remisante of the main event of No Way of 2005, Edge barely retained his title in what was hopefully Batista's last world title shot. Finally the match I was looking forward to the most game here. Cena vs Khali in a thrilling match, Cena hoisted Khali up and gave him an FU, then pinned him. The champ is still here.

October 25, 200717 yr Wrestling got gay after they started admitting it was fake. We all knew it was fake but when they started openly saying it was fake it went to shit. Not to mention Cactus/Mick Foley retired (but apparently came back?) And Stone Cold and The Rock both left, but then Stone Cold came back again? Its just gay now plain and simple. wwF is just a bitch bullying everyone else around and buying themout just like Walmart does. They closed ECW pretty much which is just BS since ECW was the only wrestling show i would watch after i hit the age of 12. And to twolves: Wrestling is just one big sell-out. Pride and Ufc arent about people getting hurt. Its about the sport, people training for years and years to be the best. Im sure nobody watches Nascar to see cars go in a big circle, and hoping something exciting will happen every 1 - 200 laps. But its all opinions, so to each his own.

October 26, 200717 yr Anyone who thought pro wrestling was real any time in the last 50 years is an idiot... anyone who needs to use the fact its scripted as a reason to bag it is an idiot as well you might as well point out that the sky's blue. Welcome to 1955 you realized it's scripted, congratulations. Pro wrestling is about storyline/angles UFC is a competitive sport Pro wrestling is harder on your body, the top performers on the road 24/7, doing tv/ppv/appearances and training at least 300 days out of the year. The top wwe guy has worked 3 years pretty much non stop, 2 of which was wwe champion meaning the fullest schedule in the company, took 1 month off to shoot a movie in 2004 and has now only stopped because of serious injury. Top ufc guy has worked 2 competitive fights a year for ufc for the past 3 years, doesn't have to travel every week, spends 5 months recovering and training before competitions. Completely un-comparable jobs. Theres more money for the top guys in the wwe, theres more money for losers in the wwe. A jobber/loser in the wwe gets more from losing then you would from losing in ufc. Some people make careers out of being a jobber, less work, easier schedule, less bumps. Merchandising alone top pro wrestlers make more money then what a nobody ufc fighter who never wins any fights would. Merchandising + Salary they make more then top tier ufc fighters. Either way pro wrestling is nowhere near as popular as it was and only had its diehard fans left, the casuals fans from the late 90s through till 2001 are gone. But saying why watch pro wrestling cause ufc is a real competition is like saying why watch football when you can watch basketball? Different audiences, different schedules, different money, different format. edit:(btw thats not finlay, thats hornswaggle) (ecw one night stand you reviewed also sucked, the first ecw one night stand was real ecw, the second was watered down ecw, the third wasn't ecw at all)
