But what it started off as (the first pic) is the known universe right? Then it scaled down to where we (earth) is? If so, thats fucking crazy. Side note: I cant find it right now but ive seen a pic of our planets compared to other planets known of and Jesus that shits insane. . <---Earth O <---Jupiter. And they get WAY fucking bigger. Space is fucking awesome and very hard to comprehend.
October 30, 200717 yr Author An extremely deep dive into the mandelbrot zoom. If the final frame were the size of your screen, the full set would be larger than the known universe. So if you put something under a microscope and you zoom in 1000x and say what's under the scope is the size of your screen and now put yourself there in front of your screen. The carrot would appear 1000x bigger than normal you see. So you see it's just a matter of scale and perception and however far you zoom in will increase the size of what you're looking at by that same amount.
