The exchange rate for other currencies decreased for a Federal Reserve Note. Besides the Federal Reserve is a stupid concept a private organization that is not accountable to congress. The Federal Reserve creates money out of thin air causing the exchange rate of the Federal Reserve Notes to lose their value in comparison to other currencies. thank you for posting.
