I was inquiring about this for the longest time. Does anyone have any info on it? It would help rage because half the time g0ts are getting booted for having high pings.

cmd rate of 5 would give you heavy lag..

Say I live in Germany. I'm trying to rage with someone from myg0t on a US server. The US server has a ping cap of 200. OK my ping is 250 because I'm so far away from the server, therefore I get kicked over and over and cannot play. So a ping mask would make my ping look like I was really near the server allowing me to play without being kicked.

you cant mask your real ping... u can fake what is on the scoreboard but that wont effect the mani mod kicks.

I would use ping masking only to fool people into thinking I'm a bot or something.

a low cmdrate gives you lot of lag, but only like 5 ping. :naughtyd:
