Does anyone know the program floating about that lets you change your ID while you play?

u could previously mess up your steam id using cheat engine BUT NO LONGER :S

I have never witnessed a program float about, sorry

what kind of propulsion would a program have to use to "float around"

THERE WAS A RUMOR A WHILE BACK ABOUT USING CHEATENGINE TO CHANGE TEH STEAM ID...I TRIED AND IT FAILED MISERABLY.
