k well ive decided to crop them, and there its no different from getting your belly button pierced. Ive got a vet lined up, he's been doing it quite a while, he's also my main vet for my other 2 dogs.

 

there is no pain involved other then soreness from surgery, like any other one. he actually prescribes him pain killers for it, and will be very carefull about it,i put my trust in him. this is the style of crop im gonna get for him:

the belly button takes around 6 or more months to fully heal, and a pointless procedure, and is very painful.

 

ear cropping can be painful if not taken care of, im responsible, and there are many health reasons to getting ears cropped, although none of them pertain to dobermans.
