I think UT3 and TF2 cause it, and i know that Portal does. Is it just the demand the games put on my system? P.S. Ya Ya Vista sucks blah blah.
November 27, 200717 yr Do you have ur background picture position as 'Stretch'? Ur games might not set that back to it's original state.
November 28, 200717 yr Author Theres only a "Fit to screen' and "fit to screen with cropping" in Vista. Im guessing the first one is stretch though. Usually after this happens i just restart if i can, but today i just let it sit there while i didnt other stuff and after maybe 2 - 3 hours it just spzzed out and went back to normal. Ive played all those games since then and it hasnt done it yet. SO i guess we'll see.

Vista drops about 30FPS from game play. -.- You must have a lower end system than mine (not gloating) My games still run as fast as they did when i was using XP. I get anywhere from 80 to 100+ in UT and Fear with MAX everything still never dropped below 40. But its fixed now, it was something with my resolution. I was running at 1440 900 but i got a new Lcd at 1680 1050 and it doesnt do it anymore.
December 7, 200717 yr obviously the game is still running check your processes to make sure. Your resolution is fucked for gaming. O_o ...... most games support widescreen....
December 7, 200717 yr resolution in game is smaller then the desktop reset background image(although its a very shitty one and you should just get rid of it) after playing games.
