I have a new LCD monitor...only problem is it works with my new comp but not my old one...I have a switch that shares one monitor but the LCD one doesn't work when I use the switch to the older computer...it just says Cannot display video mode. Is it because that card is older and doesn't support LCD? My old monitor was CRT. K thanks.

no, gotta change the resolution or maybe some other setting so that the monitor can support the video mode

kinda stupid you asking this question, there's a software disk with the monitor....

i know this might sound stupid but, plug in the monitor in the OTHER hole for the monitor in the back since there is 2, it worked for me on my new monitor

I plugged it in directly and I changed the resolution to real low...it still doesn't work...through the switch or directly...I'll check out my graphics card and see what it can do...btw P1ll, you haven't really been around long enough to start shit...your threads are enormously gay.
